Privacy Policy Terms of Service Refund Policy Shipping Policy

My Mind Is Ok ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mymindisok.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, members, and shop customers.

1. Who we are

My Mind Is Ok operates mymindisok.com from Australia. For a privacy question, access request or correction request, contact info@mymindisok.com. Verified legal and registration details supplied through invoices, receipts or direct business correspondence form part of the applicable customer record.

2. What we collect

·Account & purchase details — if you take out a membership or order from the shop: your name, email, billing and shipping address, and order history. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

·Steady Circle details — referral codes, attributed memberships, reward history and payout status. If you request cash, Australian bank details are encrypted, visible only to authorised administrators and deleted from the request after it is paid or rejected.

·Your private tool data — mastery marks, Ready Kit choices, scripts, notes and tool responses are stored in the browser storage on your device. They are not sent to our servers by the current tools. If that changes, the relevant feature will explain the change before you use it.

·Basic technical data — standard server logs and the essential cookies needed to keep the site working securely.

3. How we use it

To provide accounts and memberships, fulfil shop orders, operate referral attribution and rewards, review requested bank transfers, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, keep the site secure and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. The current tools do not send your private tool data to us.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal information, and the current release does not include advertising trackers. If access is sponsored by a workplace or organisation, we do not give that organisation your private tool data. Any future organisational reporting must be described and agreed before it is enabled; no reporting capability is implied by this policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies needed to run the site and remember basic preferences. A Steady Circle referral cookie keeps an eligible member's referral code for the period configured in the live program so a later membership purchase can be attributed correctly; it is not used to track browsing across other websites. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll ask for consent where required. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although deleting the referral cookie before checkout prevents attribution.

6. Data storage & security

Account and order data is held in our WordPress and WooCommerce systems. Stripe processes subscription payments and stores payment credentials under its own privacy and security terms. Hosting, email, ecommerce, fulfilment or support providers may process only the information needed to provide their contracted service. Some providers may process data outside Australia; their location and safeguards must be reviewed before they are enabled. Private tool data and the Ready Kit's offline cache live on your device. Remove private tool data with the in-tool controls or by clearing this site's browser storage; remove the offline copy through your browser or device's installed-app controls.

7. Retention & security

We use access controls, software updates, encrypted connections and limited administrator access appropriate to the information held. No internet service is risk-free. We retain account, transaction, referral and support records only while they are needed for the service, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations. Referral payout bank details are removed from the payout request after it is processed or rejected; the financial transaction record is retained where required.

8. Access, correction & complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, close your account, or raise a privacy complaint by emailing info@mymindisok.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records that lawfully need to be kept. Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 applies, we will handle eligible requests and complaints in accordance with it. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

9. Age

Accounts and paid memberships are intended for adults aged 18 and over. The public support information may be viewed without an account. If we later introduce an offer for younger people, it will have a separately reviewed consent, privacy and safeguarding approach.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
