2. What we collect

·Account & purchase details — if you take out a membership or order from the shop: your name, email, billing and shipping address, and order history. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

·Your check-ins & journal — feelings, notes, and progress snapshots you enter into the tools are stored locally in your own browser. They are not uploaded to our servers unless a future feature says otherwise at the time you use it.

·Basic technical data — standard server logs and the essential cookies needed to keep the site working securely.

3. How we use it

To fulfil memberships and shop orders, respond to enquiries, keep the site secure and running, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use your check-in content for anything — it isn't ours to use.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't run advertising trackers. If your access is sponsored by a workplace or organisation, we never share your individual check-ins, journal content, or usage details with them — only anonymous, aggregated participation data as described on our For teams page.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies by default, needed to run the site and remember basic preferences. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll ask for consent where required. You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. Data storage & security

Account and order data is held in our WordPress/WooCommerce systems and Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Check-in data lives only on your device — remove it any time using the in-app "clear" controls or by clearing your browser's site storage.

7. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@mymindisok.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and at no cost.

8. Children

My Mind Is Ok is intended for people aged 16 and over. If you're younger than that, please use it together with a parent, guardian, or another trusted adult.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
