Terms of Service
Last updated 30 July 2026
These terms govern your use of mymindisok.com, its self-guided tools, memberships, and shop. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. What My Mind Is Ok is — and isn't
My Mind Is Ok provides general wellbeing education and self-guided tools only. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, or hospital. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a paid membership. Public support information may be viewed without an account.
3. Memberships & billing
Paid memberships are billed in advance (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@mymindisok.com — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy for our 14-day money-back guarantee. Core crisis information always remains free, with no account required.
4. The Steady Circle referral program
The Steady Circle is available to eligible active paid members. An eligible referral must be a new membership purchased through the member's unique link by another person. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, spam, misleading promotion, paid advertising on our brand terms, coupon sites and fraudulent activity are excluded. The reward rate, validation period, payout threshold and available reward methods shown in the Steady Circle at the time a referral is earned form part of these terms. Rewards are recorded only for cleared eligible payments and may be reversed, rejected or withheld where a payment is refunded, disputed, duplicated or linked to misuse. Program settings may change prospectively, but an already matured reward will not be reduced solely because a later rate changes.
5. Shop orders
Physical products bought through our shop are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, in addition to these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling access, or relying on it for emergencies it isn't built to handle. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
7. Your content
Anything you enter into the current tools — mastery marks, Ready Kit choices, scripts, notes and tool responses — stays yours. We don't claim ownership of it. These entries are stored in your browser rather than your My Mind Is Ok account, so they may be lost if you clear site storage, uninstall the Ready Kit, change browsers or lose the device. You are responsible for any copy you choose to export.
8. Our content
The guides, tools, brand, and design of My Mind Is Ok belong to us and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
9. Availability & changes
We may maintain, improve or replace parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that a particular exercise will suit every person, or that an offline copy will remain available after a browser or device change. If we materially reduce a paid plan during a current paid period, applicable consumer rights and our Refund Policy continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia. Mandatory consumer protections in your location still apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
