Terms of Service
Last updated 10 July 2026
These terms govern your use of mymindisok.com, its self-guided tools, memberships, and shop. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. What My Mind Is Ok is — and isn't
My Mind Is Ok provides general wellbeing education and self-guided tools only. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, or hospital. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
2. Eligibility
You should be 16 or older to use My Mind Is Ok on your own. If you're younger, please use it together with a parent, guardian, or trusted adult.
3. Memberships & billing
Paid memberships are billed in advance (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@mymindisok.com — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy for our 14-day money-back guarantee. Core crisis information always remains free, with no account required.
4. Shop orders
Physical products bought through our shop are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, in addition to these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling access, or relying on it for emergencies it isn't built to handle. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
6. Your content
Anything you enter into the tools — journal entries, check-ins, notes — stays yours. We don't claim ownership of it, and in most cases we never see it, since it's stored on your own device.
7. Our content
The guides, tools, brand, and design of My Mind Is Ok belong to us and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
