The product’s job

Make action smaller, more specific and easier to begin.

Knowing that movement, connection, nature or creativity can be helpful is not the same as knowing what to do at 7:30 pm with five minutes, low energy, no transport and a wish not to speak to anyone. Activities Centre works at that practical level.

01

Name what would be useful

Get moving, quiet the head, feel less alone, make one thing easier, become absorbed, recover room or do something meaningful.

02

Set real constraints

Choose Tiny, Steady or Deeper, then add indoor/outdoor and solo/with-someone preferences.

03

Choose from explained matches

Three suggestions explain why they fit while leaving the full catalogue available.

A guided activity

Prepare. Do. Close.

Each activity gives a low-friction setup, a concrete action and a clear finish. Accessibility alternatives and cautions appear where they matter. Members may save a cue-and-action plan and a brief private note about what the activity left them with.

01

Prepare

Gather only what is needed, choose an accessible variation and check relevant safety considerations.

02

Do

Follow an observable sequence rather than a vague instruction to “be more active” or “practise self-care.”

03

Close

Notice whether to keep, adapt or leave the activity—without scoring mood or demanding positivity.

Six balanced families

Enough variety to fit a life, with enough structure to stay coherent.

Move

Chair reset, one-song movement, short walk loop and an everyday strength moment.

Nature

Window nature scan, sky and weather pause, green route and tending something living.

Connect

Warm message, shared five minutes, asking for company and a safe community thread.

Create

One-colour page, photo noticing walk, soundtrack shift and hands-busy making.

Restore

Sensory soften, rest with an anchor, light and air reset and a personal comfort corner.

Progress and meaning

Five-object reset, one loose end, preparing tomorrow and a small act that matters.

Premium Focus Rooms

Optional spaces for contained attention, play and creative absorption.

Jigsaw, Chess, Calm Cards, Painting Studio, Word Search, Word Gram, Crosswords and Brain Teasers have their own tactile visual identity, smooth movement and mobile controls. They are not described as treatment or proof that somebody is improving.

Visual and tactile

Dimensional jigsaw and Painting Studio

High-resolution canvases, smoother pointer movement, depth, lift and reduced-motion alternatives.

Strategic and social simulation

Chess and Calm Cards

Premium boards, clear legal movement, animated turns, local resume and keyboard support.

Language and pattern

Four word and thinking rooms

Clear progress, optional clues, complete-word selection and no public score pressure.

A private activity menu

Keep what fits your actual life.

Members can favourite activities, see recent choices, save several plans for the same activity, export a readable menu and clear only their Activities Centre data. Returning after time away does not create an overdue state: “Welcome back. Nothing has expired.”

Activity is not a moral test.

MMIO does not award points for movement, compare members, prescribe a universal dose or imply that a person failed because an activity did not help. Relevant physical, environmental, relationship and trauma-related cautions remain visible.

Take one useful action

The right activity is the one that fits the room you actually have.
