Accessibility Statement

MMIO’s accessibility commitments, known limits and support route.

Effective 6 September 2026Australian servicePlain-language policy
Important: These policies preserve rights that cannot legally be excluded. They do not make MMIO a clinical or emergency service.

Our commitment

MMIO is intended for people whose attention, energy, sensory tolerance, movement, vision, hearing or executive capacity may vary. Accessibility is therefore a product requirement, not a final compliance label.

MMIO uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target where applicable. This statement does not claim that every page, embedded payment component, browser, device or third-party service has been independently certified as fully conformant.

Design practices

  • keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus;
  • semantic headings, labels and landmarks;
  • meaningful text alternatives for essential images;
  • responsive layouts and adequate touch targets;
  • reduced-motion support and no essential information conveyed only by animation;
  • plain language, clear sequence and one primary action where possible;
  • alternatives for standing, movement, outdoor, social and sensory activities;
  • no penalty for pausing, returning late or choosing a lower-capacity path;
  • accessible error identification and authentication design where reasonably possible.

Third-party boundaries

Some components, including payment, email, operating-system and browser controls, are provided by third parties. MMIO selects and configures providers with accessibility in mind but cannot unilaterally alter every third-party interface. Report a barrier so that we can investigate, provide an alternative where reasonably practicable and raise issues with the provider.

Requesting an alternative

Contact info@mymindisok.com and describe:

  • the page or task;
  • the barrier encountered;
  • the browser, device or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it;
  • the alternative format or adjustment that may help.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to request an adjustment. We may ask functional questions needed to understand the barrier.

Known limitations and improvement

Accessibility can regress when software, content or third-party components change. MMIO includes automated and manual checks in release governance, but automated testing cannot represent every user. Substantiated barriers are logged, prioritised by impact and reviewed in future releases.
