Purpose
This policy protects member privacy, fair access, system security and MMIO intellectual property. Enforcement is proportionate and does not remove legitimate consumer, privacy, complaint or whistleblowing rights.
You may
- use the service personally within your membership;
- download or print private outputs where the product provides that function;
- quote limited material where permitted by law;
- raise criticism, complaints and safety concerns in good faith;
- use accessibility technology, password managers and ordinary browser tools.
You must not
- share a personal account, password, verification code or trusted-device token;
- circumvent plan, monthly-release, device or session controls;
- scrape, bulk-download, republish, sell, sublicense or train a model on protected MMIO content without written permission;
- reverse engineer or probe the service beyond rights that law gives you;
- attack, overload, disrupt, introduce malicious code or test security without written authorisation;
- impersonate someone, use a payment method without authority or submit fraudulent evidence;
- harass, threaten or abuse staff, members or service providers;
- place another person’s confidential, health or identifying information into your private tools without their authority;
- use MMIO to manage an emergency, provide unqualified treatment to others or represent yourself as acting for MMIO;
- use Focus Rooms or tools for unlawful gambling, exploitation or other illegal activity.
Account sharing
Consumer memberships are for the named account holder. MMIO may use session, trusted-browser and unusual-access controls to reduce sharing. These controls are not infallible and do not authorise invasive fingerprinting. A suspected-sharing decision should consider evidence, false positives, accessibility and household/device realities.
Enforcement
MMIO may warn, require account security, limit a function, suspend access or terminate for material or repeated breach. Where practicable, the account holder will be told the concern and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be taken where delay creates serious security, legal or safety risk.
Misuse does not automatically forfeit every payment in all circumstances. Refunds and remedies remain subject to the subscription policy and non-excludable law.
Reporting
Report security concerns privately to info@mymindisok.com. Do not publicly disclose exploit details before MMIO has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and protect members, unless law or overriding public-interest obligations justify otherwise.
