MMIO materials
MMIO owns or licenses the website code, visual system, product interfaces, exercises, writing, illustrations, activity catalogues, learning structures, games, trademarks and other materials. Copyright and other rights arise independently of this policy.
Your licence
During eligible access, MMIO grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the included materials for your own wellbeing and to create, download or print private outputs through the intended product functions.
The licence does not permit commercial reproduction, course delivery, resale, public distribution, systematic extraction, publication of substantial parts, removal of rights notices, or use of MMIO content to train or benchmark a commercial model without written permission.
Your writing and private outputs
You retain ownership of original words, plans and reflections you create. MMIO does not claim ownership merely because the interface helps you structure them. Where writing remains browser-local, MMIO does not receive it and has no operational licence to it.
If you deliberately send material to support, a complaint or a research process, you grant MMIO only the permission reasonably needed to receive, secure, review, reproduce internally and respond to that submission for the disclosed purpose. This is not a licence to publish your story or use it in marketing.
Feedback
You may provide product suggestions. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, feedback can be used to improve MMIO without payment, but MMIO will not publish your identity, private writing or confidential information merely because feedback was provided.
Third-party rights
Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. If you believe MMIO material infringes rights, contact info@mymindisok.com with the work, location, basis and contact details. MMIO may preserve and investigate the notice before removing or restricting material.
Brand use
“My Mind Is Ok”, MMIO branding and product names must not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, employment, clinical authority or affiliation without written permission.
